Responsibility
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle correspondence and documentation in both English and Mandarin.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin (written and verbal) and English.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
