Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee the installation and testing of new electrical equipment and systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity and reliability of electrical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams to coordinate electrical work and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local and international safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified A4 Chargeman with a valid license recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or similar critical environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
