Responsibility
- Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to refine concepts and ensure feasibility.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D walkthroughs using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender.
- Produce photorealistic renders and animations to present designs to stakeholders.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Research and integrate trends in materials, lighting, and spatial design to enhance project outcomes.
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation for construction and fabrication teams.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance across various platforms (e.g., VR, AR, or web).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization for design or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender.
- Strong portfolio showcasing spatial design, texturing, and lighting skills.
- Excellent understanding of scale, proportion, and composition in 3D environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English to articulate design concepts clearly.
