As a Zoho Specialist, you will optimize workflows, automate processes, and provide high-level administrative support to ensure seamless business operations. Your expertise in Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, etc.) will drive efficiency, while your executive assistant skills will help manage schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibility
- Manage and optimize Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, etc.) to enhance business processes and automation.
- Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Develop and implement Zoho workflows, custom fields, and integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate reports and analyze data using Zoho Analytics to support decision-making.
- Train team members on Zoho tools and best practices to ensure adoption and proficiency.
- Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and collaboration via Zoho platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Zoho-related issues, providing timely solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, or other Zoho applications.
- Strong administrative and executive support background, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is a plus.
