Responsibility

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
