Responsibility
- Manage and prioritize the Country Manager’s daily calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with professionalism and accuracy.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and records with the highest level of discretion and organization.
- Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking, and administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a corporate or international environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) and travel booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
- Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello) is highly desirable.
