As our YouTube SEO & Growth Specialist, youâll work closely with content creators, marketers, and business owners to develop and execute high-impact strategies that maximize reach and revenue. Responsibility
- YouTube SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search rankings and discoverability.
- Algorithm Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to leverage YouTubeâs algorithm for increased views, watch time, and subscriber growth.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze YouTube Analytics to identify trends, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to refine video concepts, scripting, and editing for optimal engagement and retention.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments (e.g., thumbnails, titles, CTAs) to determine the most effective growth tactics.
- Competitor Research: Analyze competitor channels to identify opportunities and gaps in content strategy.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports on channel performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in YouTube SEO, growth hacking, or digital marketing with a focus on video content.
- YouTube Mastery: Deep understanding of YouTubeâs algorithm, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and other data tools to track and interpret performance metrics.
- Keyword Research: Experience with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or Ahrefs to conduct keyword and competitor research.
- Content Strategy: Ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and audience preferences.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
