Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to secure work placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate and facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for students into their work environments.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their placement, addressing any concerns or challenges they may face.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students during their placements, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with academic staff to align work placement opportunities with curriculum objectives and student learning outcomes.
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for students and employers to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to work placements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market demands to provide relevant and timely advice to students and employers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in career counseling, work placement coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the education sector and labor market trends in Bali and Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and databases for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
