Responsibility

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging language lessons for preschool, primary, or secondary students, tailored to their age and proficiency levels.
  • Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in the target language.
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and school administrators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Incorporate modern teaching tools, technology, and interactive activities to make lessons dynamic and effective.
  • Monitor classroom behavior and maintain a positive, disciplined atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school events to stay updated on best practices in language education.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular activities, such as language clubs or cultural events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in preschool, primary, or secondary education, preferably in a language-focused role.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in the target language (English, Mandarin, or other languages).
