Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to patrons and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage daily shop operations, including inventory stocking, display maintenance, and cleanliness according to company standards.
- Perform accurate Point of Sale (POS) transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Hatten Bali's wine portfolio to educate customers on tasting notes, food pairings, and origin.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotional events and wine tastings.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure stock levels remain optimal for high-demand periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or the beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of wine varieties, regions, and service etiquette.
- Ability to work in a flexible shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
