BruntWork is seeking a versatile SharePoint Administrator and SEO Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will be responsible for maintaining our SharePoint environment while leveraging your expertise in API integrationsâspecifically connecting Shopify, Zoho, and Xeroâto streamline our 3PL fulfillment workflows. Beyond technical administration, you will apply your SEO mindset to optimize our digital assets, ensuring that our technical operations are as efficient as our online presence. Responsibility
- Manage, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and workflows to improve team collaboration.
- Architect and maintain seamless API integrations between Shopify, Zoho, and Xero.
- Automate 3PL fulfillment processes to reduce manual data entry and operational errors.
- Monitor and optimize website performance through advanced SEO strategies and technical audits.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and provide rapid resolution for ERP-related issues.
- Document technical processes and create SOPs for cross-departmental use.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system scaling and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar system management role.
- Strong background in API development, RESTful APIs, and webhook configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Zoho, and Xero ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and automated fulfillment workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote work-from-home setup.
