NuLife Care & Counselling Services Limited is looking for a passionate and strategic Fundraising & Marketing Executive / Manager to join our dedicated team in Serangoon. As a key member of our social service agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving the resources necessary to support our counselling and community outreach programs.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual fundraising plans to meet organizational budget requirements.
- Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and traditional print to boost brand awareness.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
- Write and submit high-quality grant proposals and ensure timely reporting on project outcomes.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events, from small-scale workshops to large community drives.
- Collaborate with the management team to align marketing messaging with NuLife's core mission and values.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI for all fundraising activities.
- Ensure all fundraising activities comply with the Code of Governance for Charities and IPC regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, public relations, or marketing, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of successful donor acquisition and retention.
- Excellent command of English, with exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with the Singapore social service landscape and IPC guidelines is highly advantageous.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management abilities.
