Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance to provide personalized wealth management solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and create tailored investment strategies, including portfolio diversification, asset allocation, and tax optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment analysts, legal advisors) to deliver holistic financial planning services, including estate planning, retirement strategies, and philanthropic advisory.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for wealth products and services, such as trust structures, insurance solutions, and alternative investments.
- Stay abreast of global financial markets, regulatory changes, and emerging wealth management trends to provide informed, forward-thinking advice.
- Organize and host client seminars, workshops, and networking events to strengthen relationships and showcase thought leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
- Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions, monitor portfolio performance, and generate reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or CFA/CFP certification is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and client retention goals.
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, or WealthTech platforms) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
