Responsibility
- Conduct financial needs analyses to identify clientsâ protection gaps and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop and present customized wealth protection plans, including life, health, and critical illness insurance.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups and personalized service.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and AXAâs product portfolio to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and claims processing.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to ethical standards and compliance requirements.
- Educate clients on risk management and the benefits of diversified financial protection strategies.
- Participate in local networking events and community initiatives to expand AXAâs presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory, insurance sales, or wealth management.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Licensed or willing to obtain relevant insurance certifications (e.g., AAJI in Indonesia).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and financial planning software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for helping clients.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax implications is advantageous.
