Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies for high-net-worth clients, including investment planning, risk management, and estate planning.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized advice.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust financial plans based on market conditions and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tax advisors, legal experts) to ensure holistic financial solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on global financial trends, regulations, and investment opportunities to provide informed recommendations.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Represent Alan Lok & Associates at networking events, seminars, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Leverage CRM tools and financial software to track client interactions and manage portfolios efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in wealth management, financial planning, or private banking.
- Professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of investment products, tax planning, and estate planning strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proactive, client-centric mindset with a track record of building trust and delivering results.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, WealthTech tools) is advantageous.
