Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of Product Engineers in sustaining engineering activities for water-cooled chiller systems.
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance product performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough analysis of chiller systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
- Oversee testing, validation, and certification processes to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external clients, resolving complex engineering challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in product design.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on water-cooled chillers.
- Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
- Proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Certification in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
