Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
- Oversee inbound and outbound processing to ensure timely and accurate shipment and receipt of goods.
- Conduct regular stock taking and inventory management to maintain accurate records.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
