Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution workflows.
- Spearhead the implementation and transition to a robust, ERP-driven warehouse management system.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure optimal inventory control and cycle counting accuracy.
- Manage, train, and mentor a warehouse team to ensure productivity, safety, and performance targets are met.
- Analyze warehouse data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization (5S methodology).
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) to manage inventory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for warehouse optimization.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in the Serpong area and demonstrate high levels of operational integrity.
