In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our production outputs meet the highest international standards of quality, safety, and reliability.
As part of our quality engineering department, you will be responsible for maintaining rigorous process controls, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production issues. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans for mechanical and electrical production lines.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify process bottlenecks and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to track KPIs and suggest data-driven process improvements.
- Assist in the qualification and validation of new equipment, tools, and manufacturing processes.
- Support customer inspections and internal quality reviews to maintain high service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a Quality Engineering role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of QC tools, statistical process control (SPC), and ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage for reporting and documentation.
