Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes to minimize errors and reduce costs.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, turnaround times) and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows and enhance cross-functional alignment.
- Manage budgetary controls for warehouse operations, including labor, equipment, and space utilization.
- Drive automation and technology adoption to improve scalability and operational agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics sectors.
- Proven track record of leading teams of 20+ staff and managing large-scale warehouse facilities.
- Strong proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Green Belt are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
