Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient distribution across multiple sites in Indonesia.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and manage operational reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Travel to various warehouse locations as required to support on-site operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in warehouse administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
