Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce shortages.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and maintain up-to-date records.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports for management review.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends if needed.
