Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and load deliveries for dispatch, ensuring timely and safe transportation to customers.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Update and reconcile inventory records using digital systems to track stock levels and movements.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and prioritize deliveries based on urgency and customer needs.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and report findings to management.
- Provide basic customer service support, including addressing delivery inquiries and resolving minor issues.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or delivery coordination (1+ years preferred).
- Basic proficiency in using inventory management software or digital record-keeping tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle goods weighing up to 25 kg.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Valid driverâs license (for delivery roles) and familiarity with local routes in Bali is advantageous.
