Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store materials in designated locations, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline warehouse operations.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and report any issues to management.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a focus on safety and proper handling techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
