Responsibility
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify shipment documentation, including packing lists and delivery notes.
- Operate company vehicles (Class 3) to transport goods to designated locations safely and on schedule.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet delivery deadlines.
- Use basic Excel or inventory management systems to track stock levels and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas).
- Physical fitness to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekends.
