Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, including labeling, shelving, and proper stock rotation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize warehouse workflows.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
