Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and logistics operations.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
