Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of key visuals (KVs), including e-commerce assets, banners, and promotional materials.
- Supervise a team of designers to ensure consistent brand alignment and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to create visually compelling campaigns.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, templates, and best practices for all visual assets.
- Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet project briefs, deadlines, and brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools to drive innovation.
- Optimize visual content for various platforms (web, mobile, print) to maximize engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce visuals, banners, and brand identity work.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor junior designers.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and digital design best practices.
- Strong communication and project management skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
