Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads for real estate projects.
- Create engaging social media graphics, animations, and motion designs tailored to various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and project themes.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to translate concepts into visually stunning and effective designs.
- Edit and enhance photographs and renderings of properties to highlight key selling points.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, applying innovative techniques to projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Prepare and present design mockups to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, marketing, or corporate branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including print and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with photo editing, 3D rendering, or motion graphics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and execute design briefs accurately.
