Responsibility
- Process and manage work visas, KITAS, and other immigration documents for employees in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and legal representatives to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, deadlines, and employee documentation.
- Advise HR and management on immigration policies, requirements, and best practices for hiring foreign nationals.
- Coordinate with employees to gather necessary documents (passports, certificates, etc.) and verify their validity.
- Monitor changes in Indonesian immigration laws and update internal processes accordingly.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for international hires, including relocation support where applicable.
- Prepare reports on visa statuses, costs, and processing times for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or HR administration (preferably in Indonesia).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian work permit (KITAS) and visa procedures.
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with document management systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate bureaucratic processes efficiently.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus.
