Responsibility
- Manage and enhance VIP user experiences in voice chatrooms and live-streaming platforms.

- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Monitor platform compliance with community guidelines and legal standards.

Qualifications
