Responsibility
- Edit and enhance video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Social Media and Marketing teams to understand project briefs and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Incorporate graphics, text overlays, and sound effects to improve video engagement and clarity.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all video content.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, lengths, and formats).
- Assist in storyboarding and pre-production planning for upcoming video projects.
- Stay updated on trends in video editing, social media algorithms, and digital content best practices.
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final deliverables efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Portfolio or samples of previous video editing work (e.g., personal projects, academic assignments).
