Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates, expectations, and feedback.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure quality assurance by conducting regular reviews and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Prepare and present project reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the advertising, arts, or media industry is highly desirable.
