Responsibility
- Create high-quality, engaging video content for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to promote products/services and drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Script, film, edit, and publish videos that resonate with target audiences and encourage viewer interaction.
- Provide direct sales support by responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, and assisting with conversions.
- Monitor video performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and optimize content based on insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms to maximize content reach and impact.
- Assist in creating sales materials, such as product demos, testimonials, and promotional videos.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all video content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video content creation (filming, editing, scripting) for social media platforms.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro) and basic graphic design.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, audience-centric ideas.
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media analytics to track content performance.
