Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the adoption of PC Digital Solutions in Bali and beyond.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to build a robust network and pipeline.
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns (digital, social, and content) to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the ICT sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with customer needs and market demands.
  • Negotiate and close partnerships and contracts to drive revenue growth and long-term business relationships.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our digital solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the ICT or digital solutions sector.
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, financial reports, and performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
