Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, PPC, email, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., CTR, CAC, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
