Join Infomedia Nusantara as a UX Researcher in the vibrant heart of Bali! In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping user experiences by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to inform product and service improvements.
Based in one of Bali’s dynamic hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable strategies. Whether conducting in-depth interviews, designing surveys, or synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, your work will directly impact how we engage with our audience in Indonesia’s fast-growing digital landscape.
This is a contract-based opportunity for a UX Researcher who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to contribute to meaningful projects with a leading media and technology company.
Responsibility
- Design and execute user research studies (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability tests) to uncover customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Develop detailed research reports with actionable insights and recommendations for product, marketing, and UX teams.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research findings into user-centric solutions.
- Identify emerging trends and patterns in user behavior to inform business strategies and improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark user experiences against industry standards.
- Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner.
- Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Market Research, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Google Analytics, Miro, or similar).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate research insights effectively.
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centered design processes.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
