Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of office spaces, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of furniture, equipment, and materials for meetings, events, or court sessions.
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, replacing light bulbs, and addressing basic plumbing issues.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuums, mops, and pressure washers.
- Monitor and restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials in designated areas.
- Assist in waste management, including proper disposal and recycling of materials.
- Support logistical tasks, such as moving office supplies, documents, or equipment as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the facilities management team promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or janitorial services is a plus.
- Proven experience in cleaning, maintenance, or utility work, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 kg.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
