Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, furniture, and infrastructure
- Inspect buildings, systems, and equipment to identify and address issues proactively
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas
- Assist in setting up and maintaining therapy rooms and common areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or emergencies
- Prior experience in a healthcare or therapeutic environment is a plus
