Indonic Tangerang Investment is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Utility & HSE Supervisor to join our expanding team in Karawang. Responsibility
- Oversee the daily maintenance and operational performance of all utility systems, including electricity, water treatment, and waste management.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and enforce robust HSE policies, conducting regular site audits and risk assessments to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to minimize downtime and optimize utility resource allocation.
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare periodic technical and safety performance reports for senior management review.
- Ensure that all utility equipment maintenance meets local environmental laws and international safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utility management and HSE supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Possession of a valid K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) certification is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of local Indonesian labor and environmental regulations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex utility system failures.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
