PT Arsitek Arupadatu is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Civil/Structural Drafter to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming conceptual designs into precise technical documents (DED - Detail Engineering Design). You will collaborate closely with our senior architects and civil engineers to ensure the accuracy, feasibility, and quality of our construction projects.

Responsibility
- Prepare detailed engineering design (DED) drawings for civil and structural works.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into technical documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineering leads and site visits.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and organization for all project documentation.
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical conflicts during the design phase.
- Support the team in preparing material take-offs and cost estimation data if required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical fields.
- Proven professional experience as a Drafter in a construction or consulting firm.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is a mandatory requirement.
- Familiarity with BIM software (such as Revit or SketchUp) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of structural detailing and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
