Responsibility
- Develop, design, and oversee the implementation of civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety standards, and project timelines are met.
- Analyze structural reports, topographical data, and soil samples to provide technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, and government stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, budget estimates, and project progress updates.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local environmental regulations and engineering best practices.
- Manage project documentation and maintain detailed records of construction phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or other structural design software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and construction safety regulations (K3).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A valid professional certification (SKA) is highly preferred.
