Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based telecom customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and technical support.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even in challenging situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior work experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
