Responsibility
- Lead and manage all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and healthcare industry financial regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing for US-based healthcare clients.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to foster professional growth and team success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and healthcare accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a healthcare or similar industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing a team effectively.
