Responsibility
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare and analyze financial documents, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Learn and apply accounting software and tools for efficient financial management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in accounting is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
