Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Assist in stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Uphold company policies regarding sales, returns, and discounts.
- Generate receipts, process refunds, and manage loyalty program enrollments.
- Report discrepancies or technical issues with POS systems to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
