Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs.
- Educate employees on health, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to address health-related concerns and improve workplace wellness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and health assessment procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations.
