Responsibility
- Process and verify unit trust transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile unit trust registers, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with fund managers, custodians, and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on unit trust performance, holdings, and transactions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing unit trust operations.
- Assist in the onboarding of new unit trust funds, including documentation, system setup, and client communications.
- Handle client inquiries and requests related to unit trust investments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in unit trust operations, investment administration, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of unit trust structures, fund accounting, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial or trust management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy in transactions and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI) is a plus.
