Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Provide personalized wealth management solutions, including investment strategies, estate planning, and tax optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment advisors, legal, and compliance) to deliver comprehensive financial services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to proactively adjust client portfolios and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Drive business growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and expanding the client base through referrals and networking.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and present performance reports to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and deliver top-tier service.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in private wealth management, relationship management, or financial advisory, preferably with HNW/UHNW clients.
- Strong understanding of investment products, estate planning, tax strategies, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with affluent clients.
- Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals in a competitive environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
