Responsibility
- Assist Trust Relationship Officers in the servicing and administration of trust accounts.
- Prepare and review documentation related to trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of trust accounts to ensure they are up-to-date and in line with client objectives.
- Liaise with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as legal, compliance, and operations, to facilitate smooth account management.
- Maintain detailed records of trust account activities and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in trust and financial services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of trust accounts, financial products, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
